Made from pasteurised cow’s milk, our traditional Cyprus Haloumi cheese in brine has a unique taste and texture. It is folded, seasoned with mint leaves, and then stored in its natural juices with salt-water.

This is an amazingly versatile cheese. It has a high melting point, and as such, can easily be fried, grilled or barbecued. It can be grated on top of pasta and other dishes, marinated, fried for breakfast with your eggs, or eaten plain. In the warmer months, try eating the Haloumi together with watermelon.

Our Haloumi can be kept refrigerated for months and also can be frozen.

  • Cyprus Time deliver to selected suburbs across VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD and a delivery fee applies for all orders. Some delivery areas also incur an additional delivery fee. We have no minimum order for deliveries but customers if difficult areas may have a wait time of up to two weeks.
  • You will receive an SMS a few days prior to delivery with an approximate time of delivery (commonly done every Thursday).
  • All deliveries are transported in the adequate refrigerated temperature to ensure your food is safe to consume when it arrives to you.
  • Requests to leave refrigerated food products at the door when no one is home is at the customers risk.   
  • Cyprus Time asks customers to ensure address details provide are accurate. As we endeavour to help fix mistakes during every delivery this can be challenging when using third parties in other states to deliver.
  • Providing a phone number for the delivery recipient is important as it allows Cyprus Time to contact the end customer if we encounter any problems
  • Customers outside the frozen shipping zones available may enquire for further support by emailing info@cyprustime.com.au
  • Glass bottles will be packed to our best ability but take no responsibility for breakage. You may request glass products to be sent in plastic containers instead of glass.

 

VIC

We deliver on Friday & Saturday residentially in VIC.

All orders must be placed prior to 5pm every Wednesday to achieve delivery on Friday or Saturday each week.

Orders going to the Mornington peninsula, Geelong or Ballarat. Operate on a once a week basis through a third party refrigerated courier. Deliveries commonly go out every Thursday and 3 days’ notice is required to book in this service.

 

INTERSTATE

Cyprus Time deliver once a month to NSW, ACT, SA & QLD.

Interstate deliveries are managed through a third party to distribute to NSW, ACT, SA and QLD. Cyprus Time oversee these deliveries to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Products sent to interstate locations are 100% frozen freight only. You may choose to send dry goods via standard courier be emailing info@cyprustime.com.au

 

NATIONAL

We offer shipping of dry goods nationally, this does not include any products requiring refrigeration. It is important to Cyprus Time that our products are delivered in the safest method possible.
