We are honoured to share the true taste of traditional Hellenic food with Australia. The business is led by husband and wife team – Mario and Chrisanthi.

The cuisines are inspired from both Mario’s family originated from Cyprus and Chrisanthi’s from Greece.

The recipes have been handed down from generations and mastered over hundreds of years.

Sit back and enjoy our home style prepared meals as they take you on a journey through Hellenic heritage.

Both families migrated to Australia in the mid 70’s where they continued making their traditional food. The family knowledge, experience and love for traditional food preparation is what inspired them to share these unique cuisines.

I could not recommend Cyprus
Time any more. I had them cater for our wedding of 100 people and everyone has
not stopped telling me how much they loved the food! From the amazing grazing
board early on to the mains cooked onsite, they had 4 bbqs and spits running
early on and was so damn good! Also they catered for the vegetarians, vegans,
they had gluten free options and was thorough with several allergies to be
aware off .Mario the owner is an absolute gentleman and puts so much into his
food and goes the extra mile and all his staff were wonderful. 5 stars is not
enough. Will be using him again 100 per cent for our next function and so
should you.

Mario and the team
at Cyprus Times catered my daughter’s first birthday and baptism and we had the
most incredible experience with them.
They were so helpful from the beginning - helping us plan the menu, observing
dietary requirements and ensuring there was more than enough food for our
guests. Everything ran perfectly on the day - there’s nothing better than the
smell of a beautiful spit to welcome your guests! The food was absolutely
incredible. Everyone had the best things to say about the food and a few have
since used Cyprus Times to cater their own parties.
We wouldn’t trust anyone else to cater for such a special occasion. Thank you
for being a part of this special day :)
